What happens when you have a dream and others believe you can’t achieve it?

Mica is a little cat who dreams of becoming a rescue cat. The problem is that no one believes she can do it: how could a cat possibly become a rescuer? But instead of giving up, Mica decides to train, learn, and prove that your size, species, or other people’s expectations don’t determine how far you can go.

In this storytelling experience, Ana Paula Goyenechea from Ate con Queso will bring Mica’s story to life through a large-format book that transforms reading into a visual, engaging, and interactive experience.

Throughout the story, children will follow Mica on her journey to achieve her dream while exploring themes of perseverance, self-confidence, solidarity, and the importance of helping others.

And the story doesn’t end when the book closes.

At the end of the storytelling session, each participant will have the opportunity to draw and create their own paper Mica, taking home a little reminder of the story—and of everything they can achieve when they dare to try.
